The purpose of the Quality Management System is to provide customer satisfaction by directing and ensuring that Merima products, partner products and materials are delivered to and installed for the customer according to plans and in the schedule.

The Quality Management System and related plans are designed to follow the Merima quality policy and the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
