Quality Policy

We manufacture products that meet our customers' needs and requirements. To ensure customer satisfaction, we emphasise quality management in the delivery of our products. We follow all legal and other requirements pertaining to our products. We also require our own suppliers to provide quality service that conforms to those requirements.

Management has committed to our quality policy by creating the opportunity to pursue the policy in all company operations. Employees are committed to following our quality policy and its directives to attain quality goals.

Our Quality Management System covers process descriptions, responsibilities, operations and resources to ensure customer satisfaction and to continually improve operations. Our Quality Management System complies with the International ISO 9001 Standard.

Goals relating to this quality policy are defined separately for each project. Various measures define goal attainment. Regular project-specific customer satisfaction polls track how well customer requirements are met. Management reviews the Quality Management System’s efficiency and applicability annually, or as needed.

Quality assurance takes place in our company's various operating processes. Processes are reviewed and potential deviations are discussed regularly. Employees are continually trained in quality assurance.

Operations Management System / ERP

Merima’s operations management system’s goal is to insure customer satisfaction. The system helps us to make sure that all materials and projects are delivered to our customer according to agreed schedules.

Operations management system and operating plans have been constructed so that they meet the ISO 9001:2008 standards.
