Are you ready to lead strategic development and drive innovation in shipbuilding design? We’re looking for a results-oriented Design Manager to oversee our in-house design team and spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance our operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead with strategy: Identify growth areas, implement changes, and inspire the design team to excel.
- Own the design process: Develop tools, templates, and standards, while managing design quality and contracts.
- Collaborate and Build Relationships: Work closely with suppliers, conduct audits, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive Business Success: Support sales with your technical expertise and create impactful business solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Background in shipbuilding and design, HVAC/electrical design is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent people management skills.
