We are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who thrives on balancing customer engagement, marketing execution, and internal culture development. This is a dual-role opportunity combining after-sales management and internal and external marketing coordination — a role where structure, communication skills, and a proactive mindset are key to success. You will work closely with customers, sales, hr, procurement, operations, external partners, and internal stakeholders across the entire company.
What you’ll do
- Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external marketing communications and campaigns.
- Act as a culture ambassador, supporting the spread of Merima DNA internally.
- Oversee the development of sales support materials together with internal teams and external partners.
- Support customer communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, CRM data, and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage after-sales requests from vessels, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
