We are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who thrives on balancing customer engagement, marketing execution, and internal culture development. This is a dual-role opportunity combining after-sales management and internal and external marketing coordination — a role where structure, communication skills, and a proactive mindset are key to success. You will work closely with customers, sales, hr, procurement, operations, external partners, and internal stakeholders across the entire company.  

 What you’ll do 

  • Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, supporting the spread of Merima DNA internally.
  • Oversee the development of sales support materials together with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support customer communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, CRM data, and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage after-sales requests from vessels, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to plan and execute internal and external marketing communication campaigns aligned with business goals. 
  • Strong skills in visual and written communication to enhance commercial impact. 
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-driven working style. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset, ensuring structured handling of after-sales tasks.
  • Readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing business environment.
  • Some understanding of B2B project sales environments is beneficial.
