Your Voyage with Us

  • Strategic Impact: Advise BU leaders and managers, aligning HR initiatives with business growth and anticipating the needs of our expanding global operations.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a cooperative, ownership-driven culture where engagement and wellbeing thrive across our international team.
  • Operational Excellence: Coach, support, and develop managers, oversee the entire employee lifecycle, and drive health, safety, and compliance across our organization.
  • Projects That Matter: Lead or co-lead HR projects that resonate with your interests—whether in talent development, digital HR, wellbeing or inclusion. You’ll have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas and see them in action.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and refine HR processes and systems, collaborating with fellow HRBPs to constantly raise the bar.

What You Bring to Our Crew

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a dynamic HR role, ideally as part of a management team.
  • Expertise in Finnish labour law and familiarity with EU regulations.
  • Hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle and with HR process implementation.
  • Analytical, collaborative, and a clear communicator—fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn, deliver results, and drive change.
  • Project leadership experience or an appetite for taking ownership of new HR topics.
