Your Voyage with Us

- Continuous Improvement: Implement and refine HR processes and systems, collaborating with fellow HRBPs to constantly raise the bar.
What You Bring to Our Crew
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a dynamic HR role, ideally as part of a management team.
- Expertise in Finnish labour law and familiarity with EU regulations.
- Hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle and with HR process implementation.
- Analytical, collaborative, and a clear communicator—fluent in Finnish and English.
- Proactive mindset, eager to learn, deliver results, and drive change.
- Project leadership experience or an appetite for taking ownership of new HR topics.
