We are searching for an experienced individual to join our team and take charge of the most demanding interior construction projects for luxury cruise ships.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and fostering teamwork and collaboration among internal functions.
- Efficiently managing contracts and finances to maintain project viability.
- Skillfully mitigating risks and managing stakeholders, which are imperative for project stability.
- Planning and allocating resources effectively for project success.
- Communication of progress and insights throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively driving change management and identifying new opportunities.
- Providing support in sales activities.
- Actively participating in internal development projects.
Success in this role demands a candidate equipped with a comprehensive understanding of project business, fundamental construction knowledge, strong analytical skills, excellent team-building and leadership abilities, a results-oriented mindset, resilience, proficiency in analytical tasks and outstanding communication skills. Fluency in English is required, proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
