Your Mission
As a Project Manager at Merima, you’ll be at the helm of our most demanding and rewarding projects. You’ll:
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams with a spirit of collaboration and trust.
- Manage contracts and finances to keep projects on track and profitable.
- Navigate risks and stakeholder expectations with confidence and clarity.
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Keep everyone informed with clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive change, spot opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support sales efforts with your technical and commercial insight.
- Take part in internal development initiatives that shape the future of our company.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in shipbuilding or land-based construction—especially in large-scale, complex projects.
- A strong foundation in project management, whether in new builds, refurbishments, or infrastructure.
- Analytical thinking, construction know-how, and a sharp eye for detail.
- A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and drives results.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or French is a plus.
